Safeguarding and Professional Boundaries Training session

Our management team led our safeguarding and professional boundaries session during the half term period. Training staff on professional boundaries and safeguarding is a vital part of creating a safe, respectful and supportive environment for everyone involved. This training ensured that employees understood their duty of care and are equipped to recognise, respond to, and report any signs of abuse, neglect or inappropriate behaviour. It also helps staff establish and maintain clear professional boundaries by reinforcing consistent standards and ethical practices. Our team enjoyed the training which included theory and also the opportunity to participate in role play which was enjoyable. Thank you to our young person who was helped support the training and join in the role play session. The team also had a delicious meal to finish off the day.
